Idaho Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund Program | Governor’s Office of Species Conservation

The Idaho Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund Program manages the State of Idaho’s allocation from the federal Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF). PCSRF was established by Congress in 2000 to restore and conserve Pacific salmon and steelhead populations and their habitat. PCSRF ROUND 29

The PCSRF Board will hear proposals at their Round 29 meeting, on December 3rd and 4th, at the IDFG Headquarters, 600 S Walnut St, Boise, ID.  The available funds to award will be announced as soon as possible, tentatively in Oct26. An agenda will be posted two weeks prior to the Board meeting. 

 

Applications are due November 6th, 2026, to abbie.gongloff@sme.idaho.gov.  Proposal presentations to the Board are required to be in-person.

 

The Grant Guidelines, Terms and Conditions (T/C), and Special Award Conditions (SAC) have not yet been released.  Applicants can review last yrs documents (FY25), but must understand that these are not the Grant Guidelines, Terms and Conditions (T/C), and Special Award Conditions (SAC) that will accompany new awards.  The FY26 documents will be posted as soon as available.
